Who This Group Is For:
You are a military or first responder mom (currently serving or partnered with someone who is)
You live in Colorado and are looking for professional support in a safe, compassionate setting
You may be parenting infants, toddlers, school-age kids, or teens
You’re feeling emotionally drained, overstimulated, or unsure of who you are outside of caregiving
What You’ll Receive:
Weekly 60-minute virtual therapy sessions (HIPAA-compliant)
Grounding tools to regulate your nervous system
Guided reflection and journaling to process your emotions
Psychoeducation on stress, identity, and the invisible load of motherhood
Connection with other moms who truly understand your life
A compassionate therapist who sees the whole you, not just the “strong” you

Breathe & Bloom is a trauma-informed therapy group created for moms who are raising families within the demands of service life. Whether you’re overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected, burned out, or simply craving space for yourself—you belong here. This isn’t just a support group. It’s a therapeutic space for healing, regulation, and connection.

The invisible emotional labor of motherhood
Guilt, comparison, and shame in mom life
Identity loss and reconnection
Nervous system regulation and overwhelm
How to show up for yourself with compassion
Creating a personal care plan you can actually use

Duration: 6 weeks
Session Length: 60 minutes
Cost: $30 per session (self-pay only)
Location: Virtual (open to Colorado residents only)
Group Size: Intentionally limited to 4-6 participants
