An in-depth, grounding session where we explore your history, goals, and what brought you to therapy.

At Paloma’s Serenity Counseling, I believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, trauma-informed mental health support. While I primarily provide private pay therapy services, I’m also contracted with Aspire Counseling to help make therapy more accessible for individuals with insurance coverage.
Through this collaboration, I’m able to offer virtual therapy sessions to clients covered by the following insurance plans:
Colorado Access Medicaid
UMR (UnitedHealthcare)
Aetna
Medicare
If you're searching for a Colorado therapist who accepts Medicaid, Aetna, UMR, or Medicare, I’d be honored to support you. Services billed through these insurances will be provided under Aspire Counseling, but you’ll continue to receive the warm, personalized care you expect from Paloma’s Serenity.

Sliding Scale Options
We are proud to offer a limited number of reduced-rate sessions.
Sliding Scale Range: $40 – $70 per session
To access this rate, clients must contact us directly or go through Open Path Collective. (subject to availability).
We believe therapy should be available to those who need it. If cost is a barrier, please reach out—we’ll do our best to support you.
Private Pay Only: We do not bill insurance directly through Paloma’s Serenity Counseling. This allows us to protect your confidentiality and give you full control over your care.
The exception to this is if you are working with us through Aspire Counseling, where certain insurance plans are accepted.
Out-of-Network Reimbursement: We can provide a superbill upon request if you'd like to seek reimbursement from your insurance.
Payment Methods: We accept debit/credit cards, and secure online payment.
Payment is due at the time of service. If you have any questions about your payment or need support around accessibility, we’re here to talk with you.
