Brainspotting offers a gentle way to process what feels stuck—without reliving every detail. And it works just as well online as it does in person.

What Is Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a therapy approach that helps your brain and body process experiences that have been stored and feel “stuck.” When something overwhelming happens, your brain sometimes cannot fully process it, which can leave behind anxiety, triggers, or a constant sense of tension. Brainspotting uses where you look (eye positions) to help your brain access these unprocessed experiences and naturally release them.

This means you do not have to talk through every detail or explain everything for the healing to work.

You sit in a space where you feel comfortable, and together we find the “brainspot” connected to what you are experiencing.
